I'm just gonna sigh for a literal minute. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
OK. Guys. Finally!! I've owned tifforelie.com for over 2 years and I cannot express how excited I am to actually be using it. 2018 seemed like a good reason to make the switch and I'm SO happy.
Because there's so much going on right now, I'll give a quick rundown of what's happening because I've been quiet for a few days whilst getting everything ready...
1. After I shared the free TLIE 01 Lightroom Preset last week, I got a slew of wonderful comments and questions about photography and how to create a consistent Instagram feed. A feed that anyone could recognize as YOURS by the style alone. So I have another gift for you! Click the link below for the top 5 things you should focus on if you want to achieve that beautiful grid but aren't sure where to start.
Here are a few of my current favorite feeds (plus mine hehe) with that recognizable, cohesive aesthetic:
2. Speaking of presets and consistent feeds, I have a shop now too!! Right now I have the rest of my TOP used presets for sale (in a discount pack as well as individually) and I cannot wait to see what you guys do with them!! If you post on Instagram using any of these presets, I would LOVE it if you tagged #tifforeliepresets so I can see your beautiful photos!!
3. MY HEALTH! If you haven't been following my previous posts about this, and you're interested in my process of gut healing (from food-intolerance triggered by antibiotic use) with a clean diet and probiotics, you can catch up here and here! Ok, so it's been a super emotional month for me personally, but I have managed to stay on track with my gluten/dairy-free commitment. I've also remembered to take my probiotic MOST days and I have to say, I've already noticed an improvement in my stomach pains. My appetite always gets thrown off when I'm in a sad/distracted season, so I'm having to reset my focus, be super mindful of my eating schedule and NOT make little exceptions here and there out of exhaustion. Something that has REALLY helped me has been nightly guided meditations with the Calm App. I'm not sponsored by them at ALL, but oh my word, listening to the self-care sessions before bed has been WONDERFUL. More updates on how I'm healing up soon! But in a nutshell, I'm already improving and it's only been a month and a half! Anyone doing this with me, keep it up!! We'll get better!
4. I'll be off the grid entirely starting tomorrow, just for a week. But I'm really looking forward to it. I don't think I've ever taken a chunk of time away from EVERYTHING--phone, camera, all the little distractions...without bailing after a day or 2 because it gets SO uncomfortable!! I'm really excited to come back from this little break and tell you guys all about it. I talk a lot about embracing pain and allowing the tension to unbury your true heart, but I know there are a lot of ways I've avoided this kind of space because of how much it might hurt, or what I might find there. PHEW! I'm nervous guys, but SO excited. Because I do know one thing...only beauty and freedom has resulted from choosing healing, especially when it hurts.
Love you guys so much! More soon! <3
